By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using AntiBleed ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Software is developed and distributed by Clarum Audio ("we", "us"), a brand operated by Talents Room s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software for personal or commercial audio production purposes. This license allows you to install and use the Software on one (1) computer that you own or control. You do not acquire ownership of the Software or its source code — only the right to use it under these terms.
We offer a free 14-day trial of the Software. The trial version is fully functional with no limitations. After the trial period expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the Software.
You may not: redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels; share your license key with others; or use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws.
Because we offer a free 14-day trial, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. We encourage you to fully evaluate the trial version before buying.
Your license includes free updates to the Software for the lifetime of the product. We are not obligated to provide updates, new features, or new versions, but we intend to continue improving the Software.
The Software, including its code, design, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Clarum Audio / Talents Room s.r.o. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware and software configurations. You use the Software at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarum Audio / Talents Room s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies from your computers.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
